Allan Freed

As the Principal Consultant of RBL in Europe, Allan manages consulting and executive education programs delivered to European clients. Since joining RBL in 2008, he has worked with more than 100 organizations based in the region on HR transformation, HR strategy development, HR executive education and leadership development projects.

In addition to his work in Europe, Allan has worked extensively in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and North America, helping HR leaders transform and quantify the value they create. He has led major HR strategy development projects, spearheaded the design of RBL’s HR Academy concept and managed a large number of executive education programs across industry sectors.

Allan also wrote the European chapter of the book Global HR Competencies.

Prior to joining RBL, Allan worked as a general manager for a large fast moving consumable goods business.
