Konstantina Theodorou is an HR Professional, having more than 20 years of working experience.

In the course of her professional career she has worked for well known companies such as Interamerican SA (insurance), Cosmote SA (Telecoms), Mellon Group of companies (Banking solutions & services) and XRYSI EFKAIRIA SA Group.

She earned a bachelor's degree in Social Studies from the University of France, Paris V and she holds a Masters and a PhD in Social Economics from I. E.S (Institut d'Etudes Sociales) and the E.H.E.S.S.(Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales) in Paris.

She is fluent in French and English.
